Mixed Doubles
7 pairs in a single round robin
Top 2 advance to the Final
Singles
8 players split into 2 groups of 5 (Group A and B)
Group stage: grouped single round robin
Knockout stage: seeded single elimination knockout bracket
General
Round Robin, QF, SF matches = 1 game
Final = best of 3 games
5 minutes allocated before each match for warmup and coin toss
Finalists and knockout stage qualifiers decided by:
Total wins
Head to head
Total points difference
Other INFO
Umpiring & Linesmanhip
Players not currently competing are encouraged to volunteer as umpires or linesmen for ongoing matches. Please carry out all duties with fairness and honesty; 2 Timothy 2:5.
Lunch
There is a 20-minute break following Singles Round 4. Mixed doubles players have extra time during S R4, while Singles players have extra time after the break during the XD R5. We encourage you to use this time to have lunch.
Prizes
While there is no cash prize fund, gold medals will be awarded to all 1st place winners.
Shuttlecocks
All matches will be played with Victor NCS Max 77 shuttlecocks.
